What we collect

• Email: if you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't add you to any mailing list.
• Power Sizer: the devices you pick in the Power Sizer are processed in your browser and kept only in the page address (so you can share it). Nothing is sent to or stored on our server.
• Theme preference: if you switch between Mains and Battery mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It isn't a tracking cookie and never leaves your device.
• Outbound link clicks: when you click a "Check Price" or "View Deal" button, we record the date/time and the page you clicked from (not your IP address or any personal identifier) so we can see which products are popular. This helps us decide what to keep featuring.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use invasive tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Third parties

Clicking a product link takes you to a third-party retailer's website, which has its own privacy policy. We're not responsible for how third-party sites handle your data.

Your rights

If you've contacted us and want your message deleted from our inbox, email hello@upspower.uk and we'll action this promptly.
